Shipping policy
Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times you may see at checkout.
MOST orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Order processing time varies for each item, so please review the item details for specific processing times.
Due to various factors, USPS has indicated that shipping times can be longer than usual at certain times of the year.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note: Some items in our store automatically include shipping, and this is indicated within the item details and pricing information on the items order page.
We do offer Free Shipping on orders of $50 or more. Free shipping is only applicable for standard shipping options. If you want expedited shipping, you will need to pay for the additional shipping cost(s).
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $25 within 25 miles of Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
Deliveries will only be made at public locations. We will contact you directly (via text message or email) to arrange a date, time, and location for your delivery. Changes require 24-hour notice.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping. International shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International shipping times vary greatly depending on destination and can take as much as 14-21 days (in addition to order processing times).
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. B1ack by Design, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@blackbydesignllc.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. This can create delays in your delivery that are beyond the control of B1ack by Design, LLC.
