Our Design Policy

  • Each order is handmade to order; actual product may differ slightly from picture. Colors may vary slightly due to computer monitor settings.
  • Designs will be as shown in listing unless a custom request has been made and approved.
  • For custom orders, you can provide the design or design idea and we will print it. You can always select previously created designs and modify them as needed.
  • All items are created per order and customized based on the order requirements. 
  • In an effort to comply with Copyright Infringement Laws, we cannot reproduce copyrighted images, so please don't ask.
  • Prices for some of our most requested items are listed online. However, prices can vary based on design, number of colors, and size of item.
  • If you are not ordering an item exactly as it is listed online, please email sales@blackbydesignllc.com  for a price before placing an order online.
  • Items are not pre-made and require payment before processing your order.
  • Customized items are non-refundable. 
  • If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately by phone or email as we guarantee our work and will seek an amicable resolution.
  • We kindly ask that you allow 7-10 business days for order fulfillment due to customization. Please note in most cases items are shipped within 3 days of receiving payment. 
  • We will provide you a tracking number for your item so that you may track the progress of your item until received.
